Maiden Noir, a label that has roots in Seattle and Tokyo, created a series of updated Vans by adapting the skate brands 'Sk8-Hi,' 'Old Skool' and 'Half Cab' silhouettes.

For each of the models, Maiden Noir accents rough suede uppers with oceanic color palettes, with turquoise, white and indigo all in the mix. The updated Vans include the skate brand's mark in a traditional manner, yet in a way that's a little more minimal. Rather than having the wavy line that adorns the sides of the sneakers a contrasting color, it's the same tone as the rest of the suede.

Black soles and laces bring some variance to the sneakers however. Those looking to get a pair for themselves can find them at Maiden Noir's pop-up store in Tokyo for a limited time only.
