Familiar designs of brass instruments have withstood the test of time, and these trumpet pendant lamps look just as timeless within an unexpected context. Adapted to become lyrical light fixtures, these beautiful objects have the shine and the purist shapes to create an aesthetic orchestra beneath the ceiling.
Karim Rashid worked with Axo Light Line to produce this rhythmic display of flaring bells. Look closely and you'll notice that the collection includes more than individual funnels, rather comprising some clusters of the cones that appear to have melted together. Made from injection-molded plastic, the single and trio suspended lights come in several material combinations. Shiny chrome, bronze, silver, rose and matte white may coat the insides and outsides of these Nafir trumpet pendant lamps, tuning them to suit particular rooms.
