If you're planning on hosting a tea party filled with sugary desserts and delicious refreshments in the near future you can try making his homemade donut tissue garland as party decor.

This tissue garland decoration is shaped like a series of mini donuts covered in faux pink icing and technicolor sprinkles. You make this confectionery garland using pink and white crepe paper found at any local craft store. The white crepe paper is folded first to create the circular donut shape followed by a smaller pink crepe paper circle placed over top. Tiny rectangular beads are added over top of the pink crepe paper to replicate the sugar sprinkles. Each paper donut is then attached to a long satin ribbon so you can hang this garland in any room of your home.
