Talented artist Weather Anomaly hails from Poland and he recently put together a video filter changes a standard time-lapse of a couple spending time together into a live action Vincent Van Gogh painting. The filter is creatively applied to the video footage and it incorporates the artist's popular swirl style directly onto the footage bring it to life.

While Van Gogh's paintings are world-renown, there's something quite striking about seeing the psychedelic style brought to life. Anomaly's use of the filter showcases how video footage taken by anyone off of any sort of device can be transformed into a work of art similar to Van Gogh's style. The footage is remastered to have bright colors, a swirled blending effect and fluidity inspired by the paintings.
