These handbags are made from recycled juice pouches and are both stylish and eco-friendly. The creative designer behind Trash e-Fashions Company is a 13 year old girl who discovered her empty Capri Sun pouches could serve as art.

Her recycled handbags are catching on so fast that they’ve even been featured on the CBS news.

Careful girls! Don’t throw away those juice pouches, you might be throwing away your next purse!

Price range from $25 for small bags, to $40 for large ones. I think it’s a tad pricey for the large size, but maybe trendy doesn’t have a price tag.

Yesterday we featured another young fashion designer:

I'm curious to know how the people behind these bags got around the copyright infringment issue. Or maybe is not infringement to recycle recognizable brand packaging to create producst that are meant to sale? Does the money go back to the original brands maybe? I love the idea of recycling products but simply wonder how to get around the red tape of trademarks, copyrights, and the like.
