The Visual Dictionary is a collection of words in the real world. Photographs of signage, graffiti, advertising, tattoos, you name it.

The project started back in February, and have since racked up nearly 3000 images of 2000 words and are still accepting entries

Implications - It's surprising how much fun visiting the site can be. If you're in a bit of a silly mood, you can easily find hours slipping by as you jump from word to word. When you've spent enough time on the site, it's then time to try your hand at submitting pictures of your own. You'll usually find that those words with the best pictures are ultimately the most memorable.
