These images are from an ad campaign in Argentina designed to create awareness of the plight of physically challenged individuals. It seems, from what I read in the article, that the public transportation system in that country does not offer disabled people much in the way of special accommodations.

The larger print on the ads can be loosely translated as, “A person without rights is not a person”. The smaller print says “If you are disabled, make your rights count. Get legal advise and denounce”.
