Are you always looking for a creative way to get your kids to eat what’s on their plates? Well here’s the Octodog! It changes ordinary frankfurters into fun food. Slide the tube over a raw wiener and the Octodog’s blades divide it into eight tentacles. A punch makes a pair of eyes in your creation. When you cook it, voila! an octopus your kids will love to devour. Maybe.

Wiener Transformer Demonstration (VIDEO)
This video shows the wiener to octopus transformation right before your very eyes. It’s entertaining in a ‘preschooler’s delight’ way. Imagine wiener octopus kiddie lunch in a seaweed patch of cooked spinach with little shell pasta covered with pink-colored cheese sauce, a side of oyster crackers to stand-in for sand dollars, and some grapes to serve as those glass fishing floats that wash up on shore.
