 Real Designer Chairs That Look Like Scribbles Inspired by kid’s drawings, these chairs don’t look too sturdy but they are real, functional chairs. Called The Mommy’s Chair, these sketchy seats will cost you $564 a pop. They’re designed by Lucy Merchant and believe it or not, they were the highlight of a recent exhibition in the UK.  Lucy Merchant's Mommy's chairs collection was the highlight of 100% East Exhibition last year.
Inspired by children’s 2-dimensional drawing, this quirky, unusual series is made of bent steel rods. The seat colour remains matt white resembling the paper drawn on.
