The Face2Face Project - Peace in Israel and Palestine Through Humour

The mission of the Face2Face Project is to bring some form of peace between Israel and Palestine by using human faces to pull them together by drawing attention to the striking similarities between the two dissident groups.
The plan is to post huge, blown up images of Israelis and Palestinians going about their lives in the exact same way on opposite sides of the seperation wall, drawing undeniable attention to the fact they the two sides are like twin brothers… just raised in different families.
The project hopes to use humour and emotion to strike in people the realization that a peaceful solution is attainable, fostering a mentality of understanding, tolerance and optimism
Hoping to bring a better understanding between Israelis and Palestinians, a new project called Face2Face is attempting to illuminate the similarities between the conflicting neighbors by photographing people on both sides and posting massive images on the separation wall. They plan to take portraits of Palestinians and Israelis doing the same job and then "post them face to face, in huge formats, in unavoidable places, on the Israeli and the Palestinian sides."
