'Table, Please Don't Sit' By Resign Looks Like A Chair

This beautiful glass and metal chair is actually a side table. If the words “Please don’t sit” etched into what would be the chair’s backrest don’t give this away, the design’s name, ‘Table, please don’t sit,’ should.

‘Table, please don’t sit’ was designed by Andrea Magnani and Giovanni Delvecchio of the Italian design firm Resign. The delicate glass table would probably make a very precarious seat. The piece is currently available for purchase at Resign’s website and retails for $680.
