If you thought it was not possible to combine potatoes with cake, then you haven't tried the sweet potato cheesecake dessert.
These shot glass treats are made using a no-bake recipe for cheesecake and then adding sweet potato puree into the mixture. A mixture of butter and crushed graham crackers is combined in a bowl and then placed into jars of your choosing. Cream cheese and mascarpone cheese are blended together with a beater and then, the sweet potato puree is added. Condensed milk gets drizzled in every so often, and the dessert is seasoned with salt, vanilla extract and cinnamon.
Afterwards, just scoop your sweet potato cheesecake mix into the containers and let them cool for four to six hours.
