Harry Potter fans will rejoice at these homemade sweet desserts that replicate the pumpkin pastries available for sale in the books aboard the Hogwarts Express Honeydukes Express cart. The pastries are a fruity take on the popular British cornish pies bringing to life the literary descriptions of J.K. Rowling into a recipe fans can make at home.

The pies are made using a rich pumpkin puree filling topped with garlic, shredded cheese and butter. The filling is rolled into circular pie crusts and then folded into crescents. This gives the pies a hand-held design that is most likely similar to what Hogwarts students would have enjoyed on the train. The pies are then baked till golden brown and can be enjoyed while curling up to your favorite Harry Potter book or film.
