Essentially a permanent hammock in the home, this suspended net is the perfect little reading nook for people who want to escape but also still want to stay at home. Attached to a wall of shelves that is packed with books, the whole area is cozy and welcoming. The suspended net also ensures that the rest of the space isn't compromised and can still be used by other residents.

Designed by Egue & Seta, the home renovation -- which includes the suspended net -- can be found in Madrid, Spain. To access the "hammock," people need only climb the accompanying library ladder. Of course, this ladder also doubles as a way to reach books on the higher shelfs. It's convenient in so many ways.
