 Courteney Love Opts For A More Natural Look Courtney Love always finds ways of making the headlines and now the latest… Courteney’s undergone surgery to ‘look more natural’. Years ago she had surgery to correct some uncomplimentary features, resulting in oversized sexified lips and what she termed a ‘nose-jobby nose’. She has now tried to tone it all down by opting for more mainstream-looking features. Oh the joys of the rich and famous!  ROCKER COURTNEY LOVE has had many looks over the years, not all of them flattering. But now the hellraising star reckons she has had surgery on her nose and lips - to make her face look more NATURAL.
She had surgery a few years back, which resulted in what Courtney calls a "nosejobby" nose and huge inflated lips. She told New magazine: “I just didn't like that old nose job. I went too far and I fixed it and made it natural again."
