Surface Deposit Displays Grungy and Surreal Objects

Lead Pencil Studio is making their presence felt on the art community once again with their new solo show Surface Deposit. Surface Deposit is comprised of random objects that were first laser scanned and then handcrafted out of aluminum.

The objects in Surface Deposit look more like remnants from a nuclear holocaust than pieces from an art show. Hopefully Lead Pencil Studio's use of laser scanning will inspire other artists to experiment with it too. Stats for Laser-Scanned Art Galleries Trending: Older & Chilly
