Diana Hardeman from the Brit & Co. blog shows you how to make tropical sorbet bites; they almost look like jumbo-sized Starburst candies. These ice cube-shaped treats are made out of real fruit and are super easy to make.
All you will need to make this is some sugar, water, fresh fruit, an ice cream maker, ice cube trays and a saucepan. Simply puree the fruit, and then boil the water and sugar together to form a syrup. Once cooled you add the strained fruit juice from the puree you made to the syrup. You then pop the mixture into an ice cream maker. Once churned, you simply place the mixture into ice cream trays and freeze.
These tropical sorbet bites by Diana Hardeman are a nice mix between ice and ice cream, and would nicely complement desserts and cocktails.
