For those who are looking for a way to get an early-morning energy boost without the need to down a scalding-hot cup of coffee, the new spreadable caffeine creation from Japan's Megmilk Snow Brand may be the perfect solution. Designed to celebrate the 55th anniversary of the brand's ever-popular instant coffee, the new product could be the perfect breakfast solution for sleep-deprived consumers.

Megmilk Snow Brand's spreadable caffeine is similar to in texture to butter, but is infused with the taste of coffee. The soft spread is designed to be used on all of the same products that butter normally would be, including toast, bagels and croissants.

Available in Japan as of March 1st, the energy-boosting spread gives consumers a delicious way to get their daily dose of caffeine.
