Apple Music has announced the launch of an all-new feature called DJ Mixes, which will be available via the platform's Spatial Audio with Dolby Atmos function. According to the company, the new feature will allow users to engage in a truly "immersive audio experience with multidimensional sound and clarity" when listening to their favorite DJs.
The new feature will make its debut with the launch of an exclusive hour-long DJ set from the Detroit-based producer Jeff Mills. The set, which is titled 'Outer to Inner Atmosphere: The Escape Velocity Mix,' will also serve to relaunch Apple Music’s One Mix series.
“It’s an honor to have Jeff Mills create our first One Mix in Spatial Audio.
