I'm a huge fan of the book Kitchen Confidential by Anthony Bourdain, so when I saw Sophia Chang's posters featuring the former chef of New York's Les Halles, I was ecstatic.
Anthony Bourdain became famous for writing an honest, tell-all book and has since then become a travel host bouncing from place to place eating exotic food in his show 'No Reservations.' Sophia Chang decided to pay homage to the show and the chef by immortalizing him in a series of incredible posters.
