Yes, it is another flying car concept design, but this very sexy prototype, called the Smartfish, really stands out from the rest. This lightweight prototype uses hydrogen fuel cell technology and can carry two people. It can reach a maximum speed of 560mph "using less fuel than a car."

The aircraft’s "construction is simple and, with few moving parts and low operating and maintenance costs, it shouldn’t be too costly to build."
