SmartEye Mobile Technology Provides Real-Time Skin-Analyzing Support

Under Hallstar Beauty's new Beautivision brand, SmartEye mobile technology is set to be introduced this summer as an innovative skin-analyzing solution that works in real-time. The smartphone accessory is set to work alongside a companion mobile app, helping consumers better understand the unique needs of their skin, how to care for it and monitor the health of their skin over time as they make use of personalized product recommendations.

The SmartEye camera and app will first be launching in China, introducing a highly customized, science-based approach to skincare. As the smart mobile accessory is UV-sensitive, it will help to make sure that photoprotection is part of a consumer's daily care routine. Notably, Hallstar Beauty describes that "users will see the degree to which applied sunscreen is protecting their skin against harmful UV rays and if real-time adjustments are necessary."
