Sin City Gets Greener With Eco Loft Development Edit

Words like “principled,” “conservation”,  “healthy” and “holistic” don’t generally come to mind when talking about Las Vegas. That may soon change with Green Valley Lofts, Sin City’s first eco-friendly development. A mixed-use project, the residential units boast bamboo flooring, granite counter tops and custom Italian kitchens.  It is also the first project of its kind to receive an energy efficient design certification.  The property is being brokered by Transform Real Estate in Las Vegas, a firm devoted to luxury residential projects built using green principles.
