It wouldn't be at all surprising if someone mistook the Sheraton Huzhou Hot Spring Resort for a sculpture of monumental proportions. Shaped like a horseshoe or even a toy slinky, it rises from the water majestically and, let's face it, quite futuristically. Outfitted with shining LED lights, it is undeniable that the hotel would fit perfectly in a sci-fi flick.

The latest luxury hotel to be erected in the eastern Zhejiang province in China, the Sheraton Huzhou Hot Spring Resort rises an impressive 330 feet above the ground. As soon as the sun sets, the hotel gives locals and visitors alike a stunning light show, the colors of which are beautifully reflected off of Lake Tai.
