With so many various mediums at our disposal nowadays, it still doesn’t surprise me that video will remain one of the most powerful. Case in point: the Self Burning ‘Field’ experimental short film. Considering that pictures speak louder than words, moving pictures are even more powerful.
Working with the various meanings of the word ‘ground,’ the Self Burning ‘Field’ short focuses on the transformation of physical shapes. With sound design by Alexey Devyanin, this film has a very ‘Matrix’ feel to it.
