The dwelling boasts four bedrooms and it features curved interiors and minimalist contemporary furniture. The exterior, on the other hand, features intriguing geometric shapes that are "clad in earth-colored cement." Kapsimalis Architects, the local studio behind the development, played around with the idea of privacy, encircling the main living quarters with high walls. It also orchestrated "an angular arrangement of yards and patios."
