This might appeal to those of you who are concerned about home invasions in the middle of the night; alternatively it might appeal to you if you play “World of Warcraft” a lot and feel the need to get medieval with your fellow geeks at a moment’s notice. The “Safe Bedside Table” looks like an ordinary bedside lamp table, but the moment you feel your inner barbarian call to arms, a few shifts and your ol’ bedside table becomes a shield, complete with a skull cracking club readying you for battle. Not convinced this would really be the best cause of action against an intruder other than maybe making him fall over himself laughing. Well until u beat him into a pulp. No laughing now.
