It looks like Twilight heartthrob Robert Pattinson is setting trends among his teen fans. We’ve spotted a lot of vampire-inspired innovations lately, but the morbid look has been seen on high fashion runways too.

The gallery shows some of the hautest designer looks from recent collections, with models as pale as Robert Pattinson. Some even have lips so blood red, they might be mistaken as post-meal vampire pouts.

Looks are from Roberto Cavalli, Louis Vuitton and Miu Miu’s Spring 2009 shows.
