Dieting can be very difficult, but with the Rise app you can eliminate your bad habits and encourage healthy ones. Most diet plans are strict and difficult to maintain. Hiring a personal nutritionist can also be very difficult and expensive. The Rise app aims to be a great way to diet and eat healthy by connecting users with their own personalized diet plans and feedback from nutrition coaches at a minimal cost.

When you initially sign up for the diet app you are asked what you want to gain so your coach can help to maintain and achieve that goal. You have objectives and a diet plan is created to work with your lifestyle. You get to choose which coach you want to work with. The coaching style ranges anywhere from "tough love" to "super encouraging." Personally, this seems like one of the best diet and health apps I have seen to date. It is a great combination of personal preference with additional information and uplifting encouragement.
