Netflix Debuts Latest Mobile-Only Game, 'Relic Hunters: Rebel'

In spite of its recent stock market woes, streaming giant Netflix has announced the launch of its newest mobile game called 'Relic Hunters: Rebels.' The new game, made by Brazilian developer Rogue Snail, builds on the classic Relic Hunter series by offering its fans the very first mobile-only Relic Hunters offering.
According to Netflix, the sci-fi RPG will center around action-packed gunplay; gamers will have 44 different weapons to engage with within the Relic Hunters world. As is the case with all of Netflix's new mobile games, access to 'Relic Hunters: Rebels' will be available for free to Netflix subscribers.
“The idea that we could make games without worrying about monetization was also very compelling, as it allows us to focus on just making a fun game without having to worry about how to pay our bills," said Rogue Snail CEO Mark Venturelli in a recent blog post.
