Forget Angry Birds, this ‘Rebird’ video is an avian innovation that’s definitely worth your attention.

The ‘Rebird’ video is a short film made by Polynoid and the sheer spectacle of the piece warrants your time. The video features a piece of glass that mysteriously becomes shrouded by a white cloth before it unveils a bird-like creature made from glass shards. The magnificent bird flaps a few times, seemingly struggling, before reassembling itself into a perfectly rectangular piece of glass.

Words do not do this video justice. It is a must-watch.

Implications - North American consumers are still recovering from the economic downturn. As such, the demand for diversions such as surrealistic imagery remains at an all time high. Corporations should offer escapist products and services to consumers in order to satiate this need. Stats for Shattered Avian Animations Trending: Older & Mild
