Printed Garbage Bags 'Beautify Your City'

In the hopes of maintaining the city’s image and cleanliness, the city of Auckland, New Zealand, is starting to use printed garbage bags to change the face of waste. Hosting the slogan “Beautify Your City,” Colenso BBDO has found a way to make garbage pretty.

The printed garbage bags were transformed from the generic black plastic bags to leafy green-colored bags that resemble hedges. What this provides is a cleaner looking Auckland where revamped bags end up complimenting the city’s image as opposed to a trashy surrounding.
