The Micro-city concept bridge PONT9 by Malka Architecture was first published in Le Petit Paris. This architectural concept bridge was created in response to mass production, economic crises and spatial real-estate prices. The PONT9 by Malka Architecture concept bridge is meant to upscale impoverished unused spaces through the use of an 'active system'.

The micro-city will house residences, offices, meeting rooms, art galleries, recording studios, shops, playgrounds, canteens and night clubs. All of the activities will be run by the residents themselves. The structure will consist of a modular system, footbridges and public spaces, all mounted on scaffolding. The PONT9 by Malka Architecture concept bridge is a creative idea of how to reinvent unused real-estate. Creating offices and apartments on this Parisian bridge will be the first of its kind.
