Yes, technology has finally advanced so far that nowadays that living organisms such as your plants and shrubbery can now take part in the social media frenzy and tweet with PocketGrow. PocketGrow is tooted as being the smallest and most fully contained hydroponic grow box out there.

Using LEDs, these lights are what the plants need and use to grow, while a PicAxe 14M micro controller maintains temperature, lighting and watering control. However, what allows your plants to "tweet" is the LabBox Server software. This grants you the option of controlling PocketGrow directly from your computer, iPhone, iPod or iPad, while the "tweet" function sends plant status updates such as temperature, water level and light schedule to Twitter.
