Plex Introduces Plex Discover and Plex Universal Watchlist

Global streaming service Plex has announced the launch of two new features -- Plex Discover and Plex Universal Watchlist -- both of which have been introduced in an effort to solidify the platform as an all-in-one solution for digital streaming content.
Plex Discover allows users to search for content across multiple online services, consolidating the results into one place where users can launch their selected program from within the Plex app. Meanwhile, Plex Universal Watchlist allows users to pin movies and shows to a self-created list, regardless of whether they are currently available across one of their streaming services or not.
"With new streaming services, movies, and shows constantly coming available, it’s time to tame the media chaos and that’s what we aim to do with these new features. In short, we know it's painful to find what to watch. We just want to get you there as quickly as possible," said CEO of Plex, Keith Valory in a recent press release.
