Pickle Juice Popsicles

When it is scorching outside, and you hear the jingle of the ice cream man, the last thing one would assume would come to mind would be “Gee, I’d like a pickle juice popsicle!”

But, according to the folks at Pickle Sickle, their frozen pickle juice popsicles are a hit in Texas, especially with kids. I’ve known a few people to take swigs out of the pickle jar. I’ve even had Russian pals inform me that it is a wonderful hangover remedy. So I could imagine that a Pickle Sickle would be a great refresher of fluids on a hot summer’s day.  Who says frozen treats have to be sweet?
