Velvet Taco is ushering in the summer season in a tasty way with the addition of its new Piña Colada Shrimp taco.
In honor of National Piña Colada Day, which falls on July 10th, Velvet Taco is introducing Piña Colada Shrimp as the Weekly Taco Feature (WTF). This delicious take on a classic cocktail consists of coconut shrimp tossed in a piña colada sauce, and paired with mango pineapple salsa, arugula, sabor sauce, toasted macadamia nuts, and micro cilantro, all served in a crisp lettuce wrap. The result is a cravable combo that will take your taste buds on a trip to the tropics.
The new Piña Colada Shrimp taco will only be available from July 5th to 11th, 2023, from most Velvet Taco and Food Hall locations, while supplies last.
