It’s like an aquarium screensaver but better-- A MacQuarium is an aquarium that you can customize to fit inside your old MacIntosh computer shell--making a well designed (if dark) home for your goldfish and allowing you to still display the decorative (if useless) Mac exterior (some mac owners really really like their computers). Andy Ihnatko's original construction was called a "MacQuarium," however, both "MacQuarium" and "Macquarium" are acceptable forms and may be used interchangeably.
