The BMW Typhoon is a ultra speedy motorbike that takes design inspiration from biomimicry and, more specifically, the aesthetic and shape of peregrine falcons. This gives the bike an unusual angular design inspired by both the bird's wings and its beak.

Peregrine falcons are some of the world's most powerful and fast animals that are able to soar at unparalleled speeds and heights. The motorcycle opts for an exposed design that lets riders witness the powerful engine located inside, while the frame of the bike is made of carbon fibre materials so that it is ultra lightweight and aerodynamic. Shapes and design elements are borrowed from the appearance of a peregrine falcon's sharply curved beak in the front of the vehicle to increase speed when travelling at great distances.
