Food writer Mark Bittman of the New York Times has created a diet where dieters are only vegan by day. The regimen is simple: No animal products, processed food, etc. during the day and anything is fair game after 6 PM.
Bittman claims to have slimmed down and gotten into shape with this diet, not to mention helped reduce the pace of global warming.
As per global warming experts, global livestock products are responsible for more greenhouse gases than any other source. Therefore, this diet may not only help the individual but the world as well.
