Adopting a paleo diet free of dairy products and processed foods doesn't mean you have to give up on enjoying sweet treats, and this peanut butter cake paleo dessert by blog Paleomg proves it. This decadent chocolate peanut cake is made with natural ingredients, tastes great and remains conveniently dairy-free.

Unlike a traditional cake recipe, this paleo cake doesn't require any baking. Instead, the cake is made more like a pie with a crust made from raw cashews, almonds, cocoa powder and coconut sugar topped with a filling made from peanut butter, coconut milk, sunflower putter and powdered gelatin. Once the filling has chilled in the pie crust, you can top it with a homemade dairy-free whipped cream and drizzled chocolate. The lack of dairy in the recipe means this dessert is lower in fat content and easier on the stomach to digest.
