Guests at a Zurich car show no longer have to worry about finding the nearest washroom thanks to the event's outdoor urinal installation.

Upon first glance, the structure looks nothing like an outdoor washroom -- the urinal is a large slab of pink marble that is placed in the middle of a parking lot. The odd sculpture collects the incoming urine and immediately redirects it into a pothole filled with gravel and small plants.

Interestingly, the parking lot is situated on a historic, ancient common and the addition of this urinal reinvents this area as a shared space. The urinal doubles as an art sculpture and contributes to the site's art container project. The purpose of the project is to support art through non-commercial and independent venues.
