The OneSet app is hoping to do for fitness what Vine did for comedy. The new app, available now for Android in Beta mode, lets users upload 15-second exercise videos. The videos are more than twice as long as Vine videos, but this is necessary as explaining and performing an exercise is not something that should be rushed.

Users can upload their own exercises as well as find videos uploaded by others, searching categories based on muscle group or workout type. Community members can leave comments on uploads, letting you know about your form or just complimenting a job well done. You can even make a playlist of videos, which should come in handy for folks who don't exactly know what to do at the gym.
