OhmyNews Citizen Journalism School, near Seoul, South Korea, has courses focused on digital media, citizen journalism, user-created content and technology.

Implications - I think it's quite amazing that such a school exists as blogs have become a reliable source of information for those in the webosphere. Hopefully, more academies such as these start appearing in North America so that I can attend one.
