Doesn't the whole beauty of blogging lie in the fact that anyone can do it, regardless of their journalist experience? The first ever citizen journalism school opened its door in November to those interested in becoming the best darn bloggers they can.
OhmyNews Citizen Journalism School, near Seoul, South Korea, has courses focused on digital media, citizen journalism, user-created content and technology.
The gallery shows images of the actual school.
Implications - I think it's quite amazing that such a school exists as blogs have become a reliable source of information for those in the webosphere. Hopefully, more academies such as these start appearing in North America so that I can attend one.
