Mathieu Young is very attuned to this particular season. Around this time of year, many places in the world celebrate the changing weather. Switzerland has their yearly slaughter (no longer a real slaughter, just a lot of food), the USA has Thanksgiving and Northern California has its Pot Harvest.

Photographer Mathieu Young documents this yearly ritual sans judgment, capturing the hard work and stealth that it requires. The Northern California Pot Harvest is a view into a world few of us have had the chance to see.
