The Nobi Smart Lamps are a smart lighting system that is developed with AI technology to help aid the elderly at home. It remains vigilant at home to detect when a person has fallen, which will then prompt the question if the person has fallen.
Once this is verified, the lamp will notify a caregiver or family member through the connected app for further assistance. This also provides two-way communication to reassure that there is someone on the way. The Nobi can also support emergency access, which granted remote door unlocking. Due to the illumination, the Nobi lights can automatically turn on at night when users get up as it was discovered that 62% of falls happen during nighttime.
