Nissan knows it’s totally hip to be square. Geometry geeks will tell you that the Cube is a perfect shape. It contains the largest volume of any cuboid shape for a given surface area, or linear size. Which is to say, it’s the most space-efficient of all boxes. 

And that’s what many will like about this Nissan Cube as it is, relatively speaking, vast on the inside. The four wheel drive 2008 Nissan Cube is selling for a base price of $13,821. It has more cargo space than a Mercedes-Benz S-class, and seats five in relative comfort.  If US consumers truly want a greener car then it may be only a matter of time before we start to see more “inside the box.
