Panasonic introduced its new microwave, the aptly-titled Genius Prestige Plus, at this year's CES trade show.

The defining feature of this appliance is the "Cyclonic Wave Technology." The microwave's inverter rotates within the walls, broadcasting the cyclonic waves as your meal is cooking. This means that it's no longer solely up to the turntable to ensure that whatever's cooking is heated from all angles. Better yet, it means that the food will become more evenly heated throughout, meaning you won't have to pull your meal out, stir and reheat it several times.

The Genius Prestige offers other features, such as preset buttons and customized reheating modes, all of which are accessible on the new and sophisticated touchscreen interface.
