 Evolence Lasts Up to A Year The permanent Botox smile may be on the way out. The FDA is expected to approve Evolence for use in the US this spring. Evolence lasts longer and studies have shown that the effects last longer and are “softer” than Botox. Already in use in Europe, Evolence treatments can last up to 12 months.
