Fans of the Winnie the Pooh Franchise can now experience their favorite bear in the 'Winnie the Pooh: The New Musical Adaptation' created by renowned producer, director, and writer Jonathan Rockefeller "and made by Rockefeller Productions alongside Disney Theatrical Productions."
The musical adaption features puppets larger than the original plush toys that inspired the Winnie the Pooh books written by A.A. Milne. It also, "features many of the original songs, written by Robert and Richard Sherman, including 'Winnie the Pooh,' 'The Wonderful Thing About Tiggers' and 'A Rather Blustery Day'... as well as some of Pooh's 'hums' (songs Pooh makes up himself originally written by author A.A. Milne)."
Currently, the show is only in New York City but plans to visit other locations. Tickets and updates are available on the Winnie the Pooh: The New Musical Adaptation website.
